It's clean and cosy with nice bathrooms. The price is just right - gbp 1028. The hotel is in a marvellous and super location very close to all attractions.
There is bad smell in some places.

We had great value for our money at Santo House. The room was clean, cozy, and the mattress was brand new and comfortable. The location was perfect, being a 5-minute walk from Khao San Road but still in a quiet street. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.
The only thing that could make the breakfast option better is adding more variety to the menu.

We loved the friendly owners who were accommodating even with our late flight. the location was great, with a 7-11 just a short walk away. the neighborhood offered an authentic experience of everyday life in Bangkok, perfect for young holiday goers.
